About a month ago I had queried Hampden Township on the degradation of the walking surface and safety railings on the Orrs Bridge. Thanks to Mike Gossert, Hampden Township Manager for passing these concerns along to Cumberland County (it's a County bridge) and getting a response regarding the status of the bridge as a whole.
