......that she can wield unusual powers. Here's the creek at 4:15 today. I suspect it will come even higher as the waters find their way from the west.

Mother Nature Keeps Us On Our Toes

We often look out at the creek as it slowly drifts by reflecting on its relative calm. Behind my house I can walk across in the summer and not get my knees wet. But when Mother Nature chooses she can quickly remind us that we need to respect the forces of nature.
